I'm a 27 years old Bodybuilder from Holland.
Started lifting weights when i was 19 years old.
I'm a personal trainer at the local Gymn.
Also advisor of dieting and (food)Supplements in the same gymn.

I'm active on several boards on the net. Dutch, American and now a German board Cool

you speak english and no german?
